- Choose a package, send your travellers and dates, and our team confirms availability and the final price before any payment is taken.
- Is the price shown the final price?
- The price shown is the published starting price per traveller. The final price depends on your travellers, room type and dates, and is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Can I pay in instalments?
- Payment plans are arranged case by case. Ask our team when you request your journey and any agreed plan will be visible in your account.
- Do you arrange visas?
- We prepare, check and submit what is required and keep you informed at every stage. Visas are granted by the relevant authorities, so no agency can guarantee an outcome.
- Where do I see my documents and itinerary?
- In your account. Signing in shows your itinerary, documents, payments and messages with the team in one place.
- Can we travel as a group?
- Yes. Mosques, families and communities travel on one itinerary with a single coordinator, and every traveller can still follow their own details.
- What if my plans change?
- Tell us as early as possible. What can be changed or refunded depends on the terms of each hotel, airline and supplier, and we will always tell you before anything is confirmed.
